Welcome to Driven Ones LLC. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Driven Ones LLC website and all associated services (collectively, the “Services”). Please review them carefully.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use our Services. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Use of Services

All products and Services offered by Driven Ones LLC are strictly intended for laboratory research use only. They are not for personal use, human consumption, or for diagnosing, treating, curing, or preventing any disease.
You agree to use all products and Services in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Driven Ones LLC reserves the right to refuse service or sales if misuse or violation of these Terms is suspected.

Intellectual Property

All content available through the Services—including text, graphics, logos, and design elements—is the property of Driven Ones LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Orders and Payments

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information for all purchases made through our Services. This includes billing details, contact information, and payment credentials. You are responsible for maintaining updated account information to ensure successful transaction processing and communication.

Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of our products and regulatory considerations, all sales are final.
Driven Ones LLC does not accept returns, offer refunds, or allow cancellations once an order has been placed, regardless of fulfillment or delivery status.

Delivered Packages

Once a shipment is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, all responsibility transfers to the customer.
Driven Ones LLC is not liable for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery, including those taken from porches, mailrooms, lockers, or similar locations.
No refunds, credits, or replacements will be issued for packages confirmed as delivered.

Shipping Damage or Fulfillment Errors

In the case of a confirmed shipping or fulfillment error caused by Driven Ones LLC—such as incorrect, missing, or damaged items prior to delivery—you must notify us within seven (7) calendar days of the carrier’s delivery date.
Requests submitted outside of this timeframe will not be considered.

Required Documentation for Claims

All claims must include complete and verifiable documentation:
• A full unboxing video from the moment the package is opened
• Photos of the external packaging
• Photos of all contents
• Photos of the packing slip
Claims submitted without all required materials will be denied.

Resolution

If a claim is verified as a fulfillment or shipping error caused by Driven Ones LLC, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a replacement for the affected items.
Refunds, store credits, or alternative compensation are not guaranteed and will not be provided for delivered, refused, or stolen packages.

Chargebacks

Any chargebacks initiated for delivered, refused, or stolen packages will be formally disputed using carrier delivery confirmation, tracking data, and acceptance of these Terms.

Communications Consent

By placing an order, creating an account, or using our Services, you consent to receive communications from Driven Ones LLC, including transactional, operational, support, and marketing messages via email, SMS, or other electronic methods.
Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by using unsubscribe links or replying STOP to SMS messages.
Transactional and service-related communications may continue as required for order processing and account management.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Driven Ones LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use—or inability to use—our Services or products.

Changes to Terms

Driven Ones LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
