Orders cannot be canceled, changed, or modified once they have been placed.

• Returns are not accepted
• Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, user error, or refused deliveries
• Chargebacks initiated for delivered or stolen packages will be formally disputed with supporting documentation
Reshipments will only be considered in cases of verified fulfillment errors or shipping damage that meet the required documentation criteria outlined in our Shipping & Fulfillment policy.
